A: For optimal edits, use a photo with a neutral expression, a straight-on head pose, and direct eye contact with the camera—similar to a passport photo.
Q: Why do I see artifacts on teeth and eyelids in the results?
A: AI models aren’t perfect, and occasional artifacts may appear. To reduce them, try selecting a similar template, adjusting the "Transfer" intensity slider or the "Likeness" intensity slider. Experiment a few times until you achieve the desired result.

Q: Why does the app reload models every time I switch back?
A: Using a device with more RAM (e.g., 8GB) can significantly reduce how often the models reload.
If upgrading isn't an option, please note that this behavior is managed by iOS. Since SmileTune requires substantial resources, iOS may force the app to release them when necessary, causing the models to reload when you return. We are continuously working on optimizing resource usage, but currently, this behavior cannot be avoided.
Q: How do I know if my device is supported?
A: Please refer to the supported devices listed above. If you're unsure, simply install and open the app. It will automatically check your device’s RAM at startup. If your device doesn't meet the 5GB+ requirement, an error message will appear on the screen.

A: SmileTune runs advanced AI models that demand powerful processing and a large amount of RAM for smooth performance.
Q: How fast is the processing after I tap the Apply button?
A: For reference, processing takes about 2 seconds on an iPhone 14 Pro and around 1.5 seconds on an iPad Pro with an M1 chip.
Q: The app runs slowly on my iPhone. How can I make it faster?
A: To improve performance, close any unused apps to free up resources for SmileTune.

A: SmileTune's AI computations are intensive and use a significant amount of power. To help:
